Job description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager - Vendor Management to join our team supporting the TD BASE Developer Experience program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in third-party risk management, contracting, vendor governance, and ongoing vendor oversight and a proven ability to administer end-to-end vendor lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards., * Administer the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle for the project book of work.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with procurement, risk, legal, finance, and technical teams.
  • Oversee third-party risk assessments, contracting activities, and ongoing vendor oversight.
  • Ensure engagements comply with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain records, update documentation, and produce timely reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate dependencies and delivery risks across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with peer coordinators to reduce duplication, strengthen governance, and drive consistency.
  • Support process refinement and continuous improvement for vendor governance practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background with third-party risk platforms and enterprise vendor governance tools.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments within financial services or regulated industries.
