Job description
Insight Global will provide skilled resources responsible design, build, testing, deployment, and support of a new set of API based services providing basket (item) qualification aggregation across multiple 'Healthy Benefits' card providers. The Healthy Benefits SOW will be supporting Fiserv's client Costco. Fiserv will be supporting their clients HAS cards. This system checks whether items in a shopping basket qualify for purchase using different Healthy Benefits card providers. These cards are often used for health-related expenses, like groceries or wellness products, with specific rules on what can be bought. Enhance API solutions to offer simple, easy to consume APIs for payment customers. Participate in development of roadmap and strategies for documenting and presenting API specifications in an easy and consumable format. This person will be responsible for the design and development of microservices for highly efficient protocol translation and enrichment with reactive design patterns.
Requirements
5 - 7+ years' experience with back-end Java development (java 8 or 11 minimum)
- Spring Boot experience with cache in Redis and in memory (Jcache is example)
- Expertise in implementing API, and Micro-Services in large Enterprise organizations
