Requirements
We're looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning and algorithm development for medical imaging products. This role is focused not only on model development, but also on building robust algorithmic pipelines for complex 3D cardiac imaging workflows, so we are specifically looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in both CV-related tasks and algorithm engineering.
This would suit someone who enjoys technically complex, research-heavy problems while collaborating closely with engineering, clinical and product teams., * 4+ years of commercial experience in AI / algorithm development
- Strong hands-on experience with Computer Vision and algorithm engineering
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning and computational geometry
- Background in medical imaging (CT / MRI / Echo)
- Experience working with 3D data processing and mesh handling
- Strong understanding of algorithm optimization, validation, and performance tuning
- Experience with libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy, or VTK
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Would be nice if you have:
- TypeScript experience
- AWS exposure
- Experience working with medical device or healthcare regulations
- Previous background with major healthcare technology or medical imaging vendors
- German language

What you will do:
- Develop AI algorithms for cardiac medical imaging platforms
- Build and optimize 3D segmentation, modeling, and measurement pipelines
- Develop, validate, and improve Deep Learning and Computer Vision models
- Work with computational geometry and medical imaging datasets
- Design robust algorithmic solutions for 3D imaging workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Regulatory teams
- Improve robustness, performance, and accuracy of existing algorithms
