integrate with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS, and CloudWatch. Collaborate with application teams, Platform, and delivery partners to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-optimized integration solutions. Write andmaintainautomated unit and integration tests;participatein thorough code reviews. Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes/ECS.Participatein Agile ceremonies, contribute technical insights, and provide clear effort estimates. Troubleshoot cloud workloads andoptimizeservices for performance, scalability, and compliance. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).68 years of professional software development experience.4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.Strong production experience with AWS, including deploying,monitoring, and supporting cloud-based applications.Proficiencywith key AWS services, such as:Lambda,API Gateway,RDS,S3,CloudWatch,SNS/SQS,IAMSolid understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices architecture, and REST API design.Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Git-based version control.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following secure coding best practices.Must be able to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience withFastAPI, Flask, or Django frameworks.Familiarity with container tools (Docker, ECS) and CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, Jenkins).Exposure to serverless and event-driven architecture patterns on AWS.Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Knowledge of federal development standards and compliance requirements (e.g., 508, NIST 800-53).
