SAP BASIS/HANA Lead

Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP BASIS/HANA Lead to manage and support all SAP activities and implementations. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and implementation of SAP changes, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and system support. The leader will also mentor junior staff to ensure quality results., The SAP BASIS/HANA Lead will oversee the administration and technical competencies required for SAP installations, upgrades, and performance tuning. The role involves leading multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with SAP Functional Teams to enhance the enterprise-wide SAP implementation. The leader will also work closely with Server System Administrators and Database Administrators to maintain system setups and critical data backups., Lead SAP BASIS administration and technical tasks

Oversee SAP implementations and upgrades

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff

Collaborate with IT groups for infrastructure support

Document SAP environment designs and landscapes

Coordinate with auditing teams for procedure integrity
