T24 Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality T24 solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Guide technical design and implementation activities across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
• Drive continuous delivery practices with iterative development, fast feedback loops, and shift-left testing approaches.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code including unit tests and technical documentation.
• Mentor and support team members on engineering practices and technical development.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and technical documentation.
• Contribute to improving engineering standards, automation, and development processes.
• Support integration initiatives across T24 and external enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are designed with future extensibility, performance, and operational supportability in mind.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality T24 solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our technology strategy. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong technical depth, collaboration skills, and the ability to mentor others while contributing to the evolution of our engineering culture., Temenos / T24 Expertise

• Extensive hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24).
• Strong L3 code development experience.
• Deep expertise in: Info Basic development, TAFJ componentized coding, OFS processing, T24 customization, T24 templates and APIs, Enquiry APIs, Core API hooks, Multi-thread routine development.
• Strong understanding of the T24 data model and Oracle storage architecture.
• Experience with TAFJ code library management.

Banking & Functional Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of: Securities Trading, Securities Administration, Corporate Actions within Temenos Transact.
• Strong understanding of delivery workflows including: SWIFT, Delivery Advice, Related T24 customizations.

Software Engineering & Delivery

• Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Agile delivery experience including Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Experience defining requirements, preparing user stories, and iterative delivery.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and testability-focused design.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps delivery models.
• Understanding of system integration patterns and enterprise application integration.

Technical Skills:

• Linux fundamentals.
• Oracle Database.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Temenos Integration Framework.
• IRIS.
• JBoss configuration and administration.
• Channel interface configurations: Browser, IB, DFE, Data Warehouse, Core Java.
• Experience working with cloud-based banking solutions.
