Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role will be responsible for managing VMware, Microsoft Azure, cloud technologies, Office 365 administration, and Veeam backup and recovery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable systems.Key Responsibilities:Administer and support VMware virtualized infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuningManage and maintain Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity servicesSupport overall cloud infrastructure strategy, operations, and optimizationAdminister Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user account managementConfigure, monitor, and maintain Veeam backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutionsPerform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting across server and cloud platformsEnsure system security, availability, and compliance with internal standards and best practicesSupport Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure servicesCollaborate with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure projects, migrations, and system improvementsDocument system configurations, procedures, and recovery processesProvide technical support and serve as an escalation point for infrastructure-related issues
