Job description
This senior role drives the configuration, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Commerce (e-Commerce, POS, call center, and omnichannel) alongside F&O Finance and Supply Chain modules.
The opportunity:
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design for Commerce scenarios including storefronts, POS, order management, payments, pricing, promotions, and returns across online/in-store channels.
Configure D365 Commerce modules: site builder, product catalogs, assortments, channels, loyalty programs, and B2B hierarchies, integrated with F&O inventory, procurement, and finance.
Design and test integrations between Commerce, F&O, Power Platform, and third-party systems (payment gateways, ERPs, shipping carriers) using dual-write, APIs, and Commerce Scale Units.
Set up tax engines, financial dimensions, and reporting for US nexus rules, Indian GST, and multi-currency settlements in global Commerce operations.
Drive data migration for products, customers, pricing, and orders; support UAT, performance testing for peak sales volumes, and hypercare post-go-live.
Conduct end-user training, change management, and optimization workshops for retail/Commerce stakeholders across USA/India time zones.
Collaborate with technical teams on extensions (e.g., custom checkout flows) and contribute to pre-sales demos/RFPs for omnichannel solutions.
Mentor juniors on best practices, release updates, and reusable Commerce assets for faster deployments.

Requirements
8-10 years in retail/e-commerce/ERP consulting, with 5+ years hands-on in D365 Commerce, F&O integration, and 3+ full-lifecycle implementations.
Delivered omnichannel projects for USA/India clients, including POS rollouts, headless e-commerce, and B2B portals with localization.
Experience in Agile delivery, global teams, and high-volume transaction environments., Bachelor s/Master s in Business, IT, or related; Microsoft certifications (MB-340 Commerce, MB-300, MB-310) preferred.
Expertise in D365 Commerce configuration, F&O linkages (sales/inventory/finance), and tools like Commerce HQ, Fabric, Power BI for retail analytics.
Strong process knowledge: order-to-cash, promotions, warranties, call center order capture.
Excellent communication for cross-functional workshops and documentation in global contexts.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
