Job description

You will work closely with a Lead Designer and the SDM, contributing directly to the day-to-day development and maintenance of the design system, with a large part of the work focused on scalable patterns and consistency across a complex product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product/UX design, with deep focus on design systems in complex product organisations (ideally SaaS platforms)
  • Great experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers
  • Strong proficiency in Figma - variables, components, libraries, auto-layout, branching
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable design system patterns and component libraries
  • Solid understanding of design tokens, component governance, and versioning practices

Nice to have:

We expect strong candidates to be forward-leaning and curious about how new technology can help solve problems faster and better - familiarity with AI tools and patterns is highly relevant to this role:

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve design system workflows or efficiency (for example Figma AI plugins, design-to-code, MCP, code-gen agents)
  • Familiarity with emerging AI-related UX and interaction patterns (for example chat interfaces, agent UIs, suggestion and streaming patterns, confidence indicators)

Benefits & conditions

  • Remuneration: Up to 160 PLN/h on B2B contract (depending on experience)
  • Work model: 100% remote (within EU only) with potential trips to Norway
  • Start date: From 1st August, 2026 at the latest (could be sooner)
  • End date: Until 31.12.2026 with potential prolongation

Project responsibilities and team:

Join a centralised design system team responsible for the design system that enables product teams across the organisation to ship faster through standardised, reusable components and guidelines, eliminating redundant work and ensuring a consistent user experience across the product.
