Job description

Serves as the primary technical interface between customers and development teams, designing and presenting tailored solutions that align mission needs with technical capabilities., * Engage with customers to understand mission requirements and technical needs

  • Design and present solution architectures and technical approaches
  • Develop and deliver demonstrations, briefings, and proof-of-concepts
  • Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and implementation phases
  • Translate user feedback into actionable requirements for development teams
  • Support onboarding, training, and adoption of delivered capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or technical solution roles
  • Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS clearance, * Experience delivering technical demos and presentations
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, system architecture, and data structures
  • Basic scripting or programming experience
  • Understanding of cloud environments and SaaS delivery models
  • Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
