Job description
In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will act as a key point of contact for end users while actively contributing to infrastructure support and local IT projects., * Provide onsite IT support to end users (hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility, meeting room technologies, etc.)
- Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents
- Participate in the deployment and follow-up of local and global IT projects
- Support users in the adoption of digital tools and deliver user training when required
- Ensure an excellent user experience and maintain a high level of service quality
- Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors
- Support the management and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure
- Contribute to quality, compliance, and internal IT procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services and processes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support and/or infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience providing end-user support in a professional environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows)
- Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including desktops, mobility, networking, and conferencing solutions
- Initial experience or strong interest in IT projects and user enablement/training
- Knowledge of ITIL or IT support best practices is a plus
- Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an advantage
- Fluent French / Professional English is mandatory
