TASKS

• Support the team in day-to-day operations and strategic IT controlling activities
• Assist in steering global IT expenditures across key controlling processes within the Allianz Group, including planning, reporting, and forecasting
• Contribute to the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the Group-wide IT project portfolio
• Drive and coordinate regular communication with key stakeholders across Allianz Operating Entities and Allianz SE
• Support the development and enhancement of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies related to IT cost management and steering
• Prepare management presentations and support the organization and execution of IT Steering Boards
• Contribute to the further development of the reporting tool "Wave," including taking ownership of tasks related to data exchange and data analysis
• Perform data quality and sanity checks while supporting improvements to reporting tools and processes
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops, meetings, and team events, Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies?
