Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von: SAP SF Employee Central (EC) SAP SF Recruiting (REC) SAP SF Onboarding SAP Workzone Incident Management Service Requests Releasemanagement Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus Welle 2: SAP SF LMS SAP SF Performance & Goals Fokus auf EC-relevante Anpassungen Umsetzung kleinerer Change Requests und Backlog-Themen Berechtigungs- und Rollenpflege Betreuung der Schnittstelle zu SAP HCM inkl. Replikations- und SAP-BTP-Themen

Requirements

Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere Employee Central (EC) Recruiting Onboarding Workzone Erfahrung im Releasemanagement und Customizing der genannten Module Erfahrung mit: Incident Management Service Requests ITIL-Prozessen Erfahrung mit SAP-HCM-Schnittstellen und Replikationsprozessen Kenntnisse im SAP-BTP-Umfeld Bewertete Qualifikationen Umfangreiche Erfahrung in SAP SuccessFactors HR-Suiten Erfahrung mit Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten SAP SuccessFactors Zertifizierungen von Vorteil Erfahrung in agilen Projektumfeldern
