Job description
- Provide remote IT support within a Windows environment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Support users with Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and desktop support
- Escalate complex technical issues where required
Requirements
- Previous 1st / 2nd line support experience
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently in a remote role
