Job description

  • Provide remote IT support within a Windows environment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Support users with Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and desktop support
  • Escalate complex technical issues where required

Requirements

  • Previous 1st/2nd line support experience
  • Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote role
