Job description

We are looking for a Senior Network Security Manager who can lead our cybersecurity operations and strengthen our enterprise network defense strategy. This is not simply a monitoring role. You will oversee security architecture, guide incident response initiatives, and help shape the future of our security operations framework across multiple international business units.

You will work closely with infrastructure engineers, compliance leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure our systems remain resilient, scalable, and secure in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

Why Work With Us?

The Environment: Our London office is located in the heart of the financial district, surrounded by global technology firms, modern coworking spaces, and excellent transport connections. We believe productive teams thrive in collaborative, professional environments designed for innovation.

Security First Culture: Cybersecurity is a strategic priority across the company. You will have executive visibility and direct influence on major infrastructure and technology decisions from day one.

Modern Technology Stack: You will work with enterprise firewall solutions, cloud security platforms, SIEM technologies, endpoint protection systems, and modern hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Growth Opportunities: We invest heavily in professional development. You will receive support for advanced certifications, leadership training, and attendance at cybersecurity conferences such as Infosecurity Europe and Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Security Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network security infrastructure across multiple business environments.

Threat Detection and Incident Response: Oversee security monitoring operations, vulnerability management, and incident response activities to minimize operational risk and downtime.

Security Architecture: Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to develop scalable and secure network architectures that align with business growth.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure systems and security processes comply with industry regulations, security frameworks, and internal governance standards.

Team Leadership: Mentor security analysts and network engineers while fostering a proactive and collaborative cybersecurity culture across the organization.

Risk Management: Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing coordination, and infrastructure audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Present security strategies, risk findings, and remediation plans to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Network security?, 7+ years of experience in network security, cybersecurity operations, or infrastructure security, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise firewalls, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS systems, endpoint security, SIEM platforms, cloud security, and network segmentation strategies.

Certifications: Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CEH, or equivalent are highly valued.

Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing security initiatives across enterprise environments.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mindset: You are proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, business continuity, and enterprise security requirements in fast-moving environments.
