Job description
Lease and Billing Data Management
- Review lease agreements, schedules, and supporting documentation to extract accurate commercial and financial data
- Validate and reconcile billing information against lease terms and contractual obligations
- Ensure all lease and billing records are accurate, complete, and up to date
IWMS Data Input and Maintenance
- Input, upload, and maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the IWMS platform
- Ensure data structures support reporting, compliance monitoring, and financial controls
- Assist with data standardisation and governance processes
Stakeholder Liaison and Coordination
- Work closely with estates, finance, billing, and asset management teams
- Clarify billing arrangements, invoicing schedules, and asset ownership details
- Resolve discrepancies and support stakeholders through data and process transitions into the IWMS
Data Analysis and Validation
- Analyse and compare data across lease documents, finance systems, spreadsheets, and legacy databases
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential risks
- Produce clear summaries and insights to support decision-making and system confidence
Systems and Process Integration
- Consolidate data from multiple systems into a central IWMS platform
- Support improvements to data quality, naming conventions, and operational processes
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of estate and asset management systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Seven Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Estate Data Coordinator to support a large-scale estates and asset management function in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in estates, lease management, and asset data systems to play a key role in improving property and billing data accuracy across a complex portfolio., * Proven experience within estates, asset management, or property environments
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, billing structures, and asset management principles
- Experience working with IWMS, CAFM, or property management systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups, validation, and data cleansing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data and reconcile information across multiple systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, * estates, asset management, or property environments: 2 years (required)
