Job description

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI) to join our Commercial team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing our data reporting capabilities.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Group Commercial Director, to develop insightful BI solutions, improve reporting processes, and help drive data-led decision making across the business., * Develop and enhance Power BI reporting across the evo Group

  • Support the delivery of the group-wide BI strategy
  • Work with IT, Finance, and Business Analysis teams on BI projects
  • Consolidate existing reporting into scalable, group-wide models
  • Migrate legacy SQL/SSRS reporting into modern Power BI solutions
  • Design and implement new reporting solutions and dashboards
  • Maintain and monitor data and BI platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual data processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Power BI (including DAX, modelling, visualisation)
  • Solid SQL and data management skills
  • Experience working with Azure (desirable but highly beneficial)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
