Job description
In this role, you'll be at the centre of complex, cross-functional engineering. Collaborating with experts across software, hardware and integration, you'll help align technical direction and bring clarity to sophisticated systems. It's a challenging environment where your ideas shape outcomes and your development accelerates.
- Developing and maintaining systems engineering artefacts to support AAD platform architecture and delivery
- Creating system models that provide a clear, coherent and maintainable source of truth for platform design
- Driving technical alignment across domains, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet programme goals
- Supporting evidence-based decision making, evaluating design options and resolving complex cross-functional issues
- Contributing to future vehicle architecture concepts and continuously improving systems engineering practices
Requirements
- Demonstrating broad systems engineering expertise across concept design, requirements, architecture and quality activities
- Understanding AUTOSAR, embedded systems and operating systems such as QNX, Linux or Android
- Applying experience of developing embedded systems or ECUs within complex environments
- Interpreting complex system concepts quickly and translating them into practical solutions
- Designing new vehicle features and system concepts with a structured, analytical approach
