Systems Engineer

In this role, you'll be at the centre of complex, cross-functional engineering. Collaborating with experts across software, hardware and integration, you'll help align technical direction and bring clarity to sophisticated systems. • Developing and maintaining systems engineering artefacts to support AAD platform architecture and delivery
• Creating system models that provide a clear, coherent and maintainable source of truth for platform design
• Driving technical alignment across domains, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet programme goals
• Supporting evidence-based decision making, evaluating design options and resolving complex cross-functional issues
• Contributing to future vehicle architecture concepts and continuously improving systems engineering practices

• Demonstrating broad systems engineering expertise across concept design, requirements, architecture and quality activities
• Understanding AUTOSAR, embedded systems and operating systems such as QNX, Linux or Android
• Applying experience of developing embedded systems or ECUs within complex environments
• Interpreting complex system concepts quickly and translating them into practical solutions
• Designing new vehicle features and system concepts with a structured, analytical approach
