Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred., * Minimum 5-7 years of progressive IT management experience in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success in leading IT teams within a high-volume, fast-paced, and highly automated production environment.
  • Strong background in project management, including ERP/MRP implementation, network upgrades, and enterprise-scale systems.
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN management, EDI systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead at all organizational levels.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing, walking, or sitting for extended amounts of time.
  • Managers must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to15 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis is required.
  • Be able to work near alcohols, solvent, paints, or plastic sanding dust.
  • Work below the knees and above the shoulders will be required.
  • Good vision at a close distance and the ability to distinguish color is required with or without the use of corrective lenses.
  • This position requires the ability to hear alarms with or without the use of hearing aids.

  • QS-9000, Decostar Orientation, Decostar Safety Manual 1, Decostar Safety Manual 2, Isocyanate, MRP Systems, MRP System Administration, EDI
