IAM Lead

10+ years of cybersecurity architecture, IAM, cloud security, infrastructure security, or technical security assessment experience. Hands-on experience with IAM modernization, Entra ID or equivalent identity platforms, MFA, RBAC, conditional access, privileged access, and hybrid identity environments. Experience assessing cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures, endpoint security, network access controls, vulnerability findings, and technical remediation options. Strong understanding of zero trust principles, NIST control implementation, secure configuration, logging, monitoring, and defense-in-depth architecture. Experience supporting government, public-sector, healthcare, justice, financial, or other regulated environments preferred. Ability to lead technical workshops, document findings, create architecture recommendations, and communicate technical risk to executive audiences. Preferred Certifications / Credentials CISSP and/or CCSP preferred; Microsoft SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-102, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, GIAC cloud/security credentials, or equivalent certifications preferred.
