Job description
We are seeking experienced GIS ETL Developers to support enterprise geospatial data initiatives within a telecommunications environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable GIS data integration workflows and ETL pipelines to support spatial data processing, automation, and enterprise geospatial applications., * Design, develop, and maintain GIS data integration and transformation workflows using FME, Python, and ArcPy
- Build and support scalable ETL pipelines for spatial data processing and automation
- Manage, optimize, and maintain spatial databases using Oracle Spatial and PL/SQL
- Develop and support GIS applications and geospatial data models within ArcGIS environments
- Ensure data quality, integrity, performance, and compliance with geospatial standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes and spatial data workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise geospatial data solutions and insights
- Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and performance improvements for GIS systems and data platforms.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems architecture within technology?, The ideal candidate will have strong experience with FME, Python, ArcPy, Oracle Spatial, and ArcGIS technologies, along with the ability to collaborate across technical teams to deliver high-quality geospatial data solutions., * 5-10 years of related GIS and ETL development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with FME for GIS data integration and transformation
- Proficiency in Python and ArcPy scripting for automation and geospatial processing
- Experience with Oracle Spatial and advanced PL/SQL development
- Experience working within ArcGIS environments and supporting GIS applications
- Knowledge of geospatial data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise GIS architecture
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance data pipelines
- Familiarity with the following domains, * Experience within telecommunications or utility industries
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional technical environments
- Experience with enterprise geospatial data governance and standards
