Software Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services
• Support enterprise software development efforts within AWS-based environments
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful interfaces
• Utilize:

• Maven build tools
• GitLab
• VSCode IDE
• Agile development processes

• Participate in software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and testing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
• Contribute to software architecture, interface control, and technical solution development
• Support continuous integration and software delivery activities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship when appropriate
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, or Master's degree with 6 months of experience
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire
• Experience with:

• Java software development
• RESTful APIs and interface control
• Maven build tools
• GitLab
• AWS development environments

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred
