Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Management Consultant with strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead functional teams and support enterprise SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Work Management processes, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to effectively present solutions and project updates to senior leadership., Lead and manage SAP Work Management implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery and team collaboration.

Coordinate project activities including planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and senior leadership teams.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.

Provide functional expertise and best practices related to SAP Work Management processes.

Support change management, user training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors as needed.

Requirements

Experience working in large enterprise SAP implementations.

Strong experience in SAP Work Management.

Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Proven experience managing teams and leading project activities.

Demonstrated project management experience in SAP environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executives.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
