Job description

ECHO Realty is seeking to hire an Enterprise Applications Developer. This role is responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting MRI-based solutions across accounting, finance, and operational functions. Key responsibilities include building and modifying MRI reports, developing SQL-based data solutions, supporting SSRS reporting, maintaining system customizations, and assisting with integrations and new application implementations. This position works closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions within MRI and connected enterprise systems.

Contributions you will make to the team:

  • Models ECHO's core values (The ECHO Way) and exhibits exemplary leadership.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for MRI Software, including its reporting, customization, database, and functional support needs
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain reports, queries, and related data outputs to support accounting, finance, and operational teams
  • Develop and support SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and other database objects used by MRI and related systems
  • Build, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports and other reporting solutions
  • Maintain and support existing MRI customizations, extensions, and technical configurations
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including reporting, workflow support, data structures, and process improvements
  • Support data integrations and exchanges between MRI and other internal or third-party business systems
  • Assist with the technical aspects of implementing new financial or related software platforms
  • Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve business processes through configuration, reporting, and custom technical solutions
  • Document MRI reports, customizations, database objects, support procedures, and technical design decisions
  • Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and upgrade activities related to MRI and connected applications
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President of Information Security and Technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent practical experience in enterprise application development, database development, and reporting solutions may be substituted for formal education
  • Minimum of [3-5] years of relevant experience required
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and SSRS required
  • MRI Software experience strongly preferred
  • Commercial real estate systems experience preferred
