Job description
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business team and other Workday IT expert on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs, acting as a subject matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end-to-end processes, providing expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership, drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the architecture addresses all stakeholder concerns and enterprise-wide goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities to improve the process of delivering solutions.
Requirements

- Previous experience with Workday and a track record of successful HR technology projects are highly valued.

- Business acumen: A strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Deep Workday expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll.
- Technical proficiency: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including a strong understanding of Workday architecture, system logic and configuration.
- Problem-solving skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment, specifically in support of HR functions.
- Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership.
- Experience in project delivery framework practices, including agile, iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its subsets will be an added advantage
- Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.
