Job description

  • Build, test, and maintain software applications that meet business and technical requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements
  • Debug and resolve software defects
  • Participate in code reviews and testing
  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Requirements

  • 5-8 years building and shipping production software, with full-stack ownership
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with version control (Git)
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Strong working fluency in TypeScript / Node.js , C# and Python
  • React (or similar), REST/HTTP APIs, and both relational and non-relational data stores
  • Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs in production - prompts, tool / function calling, evals, cost, and failure modes
  • Comfort using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with agent frameworks, tool-use patterns, or MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Experience building RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector stores, retrieval evaluation
  • Cloud experience on Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent managed AI services)

PREFERRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
