Requirements
This role requires strong hands-on technical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced development environment. This position is required to be on-site in Boulder., * BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering,
- 7+ years of experience in RF hardware testing, validation, or integration., * Demonstrated proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum and logic analyzers, signal generators).
- Working knowledge of automated testing best practices and a keen attention to detail.
- Capable in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for basic data acquisition, instrument control, and automating hardware test and characterization.
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to read schematics, interpret datasheets, and analyze test data.Desired:
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Familiarity with RF design concepts and/or software defined radio.
- Familiarity with the MicroTCA, PXIe, or similar pluggable instrument standards

The base salary range for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer an annual bonus and equity in the company.
