Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in implementing and optimizing business processes within ERP environments. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering integrated, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions that streamline operations and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Define and design ERP-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Ensure scalability, integration, and performance across enterprise systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.

Provide architectural guidance and best practices to project teams.

Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect in ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). (12+ total YOE)
- Deep knowledge of core business processes:
- Order to Cash (OTC)
- Procure to Pay (PTP)
- Planning
- Warehousing
- Transportation Management (TM)
- Global Trade Management (GTM)
- Record to Report (RTR)
- Strong expertise in business process design, integration, and optimization.
- Hands-on solution architecture experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of application and integration development framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy alignment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail, manufacturing industry solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
