Job description
- Develop Java-based microservices using Spring Boot/Spring Cloud and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain Kafka-based event integrations with retry, DLQ, and recovery patterns.
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot services in Kubernetes (clusters, pods, services, ingress, networking).
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Harness preferred) and artifact management (JFrog).
- Implement and use Dynatrace (or similar) for observability: dashboards, alerts, performance analysis, root cause investigation.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, product, and business partners; participate in code/design reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers; support production systems including on-call rotation.
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale warehouse and supply-chain applications. This role will own features end-to-end and operate services in Kubernetes-based environments with strong observability practices. Candidates should have deep backend Java/Spring Boot experience, Kafka event-driven integration skills, and production Kubernetes troubleshooting experience. Frontend experience (Angular preferred) is a plus., * Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and microservices experience.
- Hands-on Kafka experience (topics, producers, consumers, retries, DLQs).
- Production experience running and troubleshooting services on Kubernetes (clusters, pods, services, ingress, networking).
- Hands-on Dynatrace (or equivalent observability) experience.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies; Angular preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, independent configuration/ownership, requirement-gathering, and teamwork skills. Patience and ability to raise issues and propose ideas are essential.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Harness CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory.
- Warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain domain knowledge (warehouse terminology beneficial).
- Experience supporting multiple applications across operations/warehouse environments.
