Job description
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Functional Consultant to support SAP SD and OTC business processes across sales, pricing, billing, fulfillment, interfaces, and revenue-related flows. This role will partner closely with Product, Pricing, Finance, Salesforce, ABAP, and Integration teams to ensure scalable, accurate, and efficient SAP SD operations., SAP SD / OTC Functional Ownership
- Own end-to-end SAP SD configuration and support across Order-to-Cash processes
- Ensure pricing, billing, revenue, and fulfillment processes are properly configured and supported
- Translate business requirements into SAP SD functional designs
- Support process improvements, enhancements, and issue resolution across SD/OTC
SAP SD Configuration & Pricing
- Configure sales documents, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures, condition techniques, billing plans, and revenue-impacting SD-FI settings
- Design and support progressive and complex pricing models
- Handle high-volume serial number-based sales processes
- Build and support SAP Queries and Infosets
- Analyze pricing access logic and condition records to support business requirements
Integration & Technical Ownership
- Design and support outbound SD interfaces, including file-based and IDoc-based integrations
- Understand and explain file-based interface limitations, including lack of delta logic
- Support SAP and Salesforce data-sharing processes
- Perform hands-on ABAP debugging for pricing, billing, interfaces, and order management issues
- Work with user exits, BADIs, enhancements, and custom pricing routines
Collaboration & Delivery
- Act as a bridge between Business, IT, ABAP, Integration, and Salesforce teams
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Provide functional guidance and troubleshooting support for SD/OTC-related issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP SD / OTC functional experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and complex pricing models
- Experience with high-volume serial number processing
- Strong ABAP debugging skills with a functional-technical consulting approach
- Experience with SAP Queries, Infosets, pricing access logic, and SD interfaces
- Hands-on experience with file-based and IDoc-based integrations
- Solid understanding of SD-FI integration and revenue flow
- Experience supporting SAP-Salesforce integration or data-sharing processes
- Exposure to S/4HANA SD
- Background in high-tech, semiconductor, hardware, software, or technology-driven environments preferred
