Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with state management tools (Redux / Context API / MobX).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite.

Experience with Git/version control systems.

Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2-5+ years of experience working with React.js applications (varies by role level).

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha.

Exposure to modern frameworks like Next.js is a plus.

Work Environment (US-specific expectations)

Work with distributed/global teams (often offshore/onshore)
