Job description
Design and develop autonomous AI agents using GitHub Copilot and implement agentic solutions within Salesforce environments. Build and optimize RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude) for scalable and efficient AI-driven applications. Create and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy across use cases. Develop multi-agent workflows to automate SDLC processes including development, testing, and debugging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and ensure alignment with business needs. Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance AI/ML models and pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on Gen AI and LLM-based solutions. Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, Python, LLMs (GPT, Claude), and frameworks like LangChain with RAG implementation experience.
