Epic HB Analyst 1

Day-to-Day Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking a fully remote Epic Hospital Billing Analyst to join their team. The Application Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the Epic application, including the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. This resource will be responsible for the installation, upgrades, configuration, and daily support of the HB application.

On a daily basis, the Analyst will handle coordination of end-user support activities, create test plans for the application, executes the test plans and version upgrades, and documents all test outcomes, including troubleshooting and support.

Must-haves 3-6 years of experience in an Epic Analyst role supporting Hospital Billing Epic HB Certification Knowledge and work experience in revenue cycle management, optimization and professional billing Strong Knowledge of current hospital billing workflows and processes Demonstrated interest in supporting the development and build of the application Strong Analytical skills Experience handling the installation, configuration, optimization & breakfix of Epic Hospital Billing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses Experience with Patient Estimates and/or insurance follow ups/Denials Experience with Charging (configuration of cost centers)
