DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Snowflake Platform Engineer to join a high-performing enterprise data platform team supporting large-scale cloud data infrastructure.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Snowflake administration, platform automation, CI/CD, security, and performance optimisation across enterprise cloud environments.

If you've built and managed Snowflake as a platform rather than simply developed within it, this could be a strong fit.

What you'll be doing

• Administering and optimising enterprise Snowflake environments
• Managing platform security including RBAC, encryption, governance, and audit controls
• Driving performance tuning, warehouse optimisation, storage efficiency, and cost management
• Building automation using Terraform, Python, SQL, and JavaScript
• Developing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting cloud platform integrations across Azure and AWS
• Troubleshooting production platform issues and driving continuous improvement

• Strong experience in Snowflake platform engineering / administration
• Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, security, governance, and performance optimisation
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Snowflake
• Terraform
• Azure DevOps / CI/CD
• Python
• SQL
• JavaScript
• Azure and/or AWS
• Background in enterprise data platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or modern data warehousing
• SnowPro certification would be a bonus
