- Ensure critical plant / industrial infrastructure is maintained with minimal disruption.
- Manage incidents with urgency and strong coordination across technical towers.
- Enforce strict change governance in production-sensitive OT environments.
- Work effectively with plant operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and vendors.
- Improve visibility of operational risks, aging assets, recurring issues, and pending dependencies.
- Maintain strong documentation, process discipline, and escalation governance.
- Drive service quality, operational consistency, and infrastructure resilience across OT, The Operations Lead - Senior SCCM & Microsoft AD Administrator is responsible for managing and
supporting enterprise endpoint and identity administration services with primary focus on Microsoft
SCCM / MECM and Active Directory. This L3 role requires strong expertise in endpoint management,
software deployment, patching, AD administration, GPO support, operational governance, escalated
troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Operations - SCCM
- Provide L3 support for Microsoft SCCM infrastructure and endpoint management operations.
- Manage and support:
o software deployment
o patch management
o OS deployment
o package/application distribution
o collection management
o compliance baselines
o endpoint health monitoring
- Troubleshoot advanced SCCM issues related to:
o client communication
o deployment failures
Internal - General Use
o content distribution
o boundary/boundary group issues
o update synchronization
o software center issues
o reporting inconsistencies
- Monitor SCCM components, distribution points, management points, SUP/WSUS integration,
and client health status.
- Support monthly patching operations, deployment validation, compliance follow-up, and
remediation.
Technical Operations - Active Directory
- Provide L3 administration and support for Microsoft Active Directory services.
- Manage and support:
o user/group administration
o OU structure governance
o Group Policy support
o AD-integrated authentication troubleshooting
o permissions and delegation reviews
o replication-related issue coordination
- Troubleshoot account lockouts, authentication failures, GPO application issues, computer object
issues, and policy conflicts.
- Support AD hygiene, access controls, and operational alignment with security standards.
Incident / Problem / Change Management
- Handle escalated incidents affecting endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and
AD-related services.
- Act as escalation point for P1/P2 incidents with user or business impact.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during patching failures, application deployment disruptions, or
authentication-related service degradation.
- Perform root cause analysis and define preventive actions for recurring incidents.
Internal - General Use
- Implement controlled changes in SCCM/AD environment with impact analysis, testing, rollback
planning, and post-validation.
Operations Lead Responsibilities
- Manage service operations related to SCCM and AD support queue.
- Prioritize and drive resolution of aged, high-priority, and recurring operational issues.
- Coordinate with EUC, server, security, application, and network teams for issue resolution and
planned activities.
- Track compliance posture for patching and software deployment success.
- Prepare operational dashboards/reports covering:
o deployment compliance
o patch success/failure trends
o AD operational issues
o backlog and risks
Governance / Documentation / Compliance
- Maintain SOPs, KB articles, deployment standards, patching procedures, and support
documentation.
- Ensure compliance with endpoint security, access governance, and directory administration
standards.
- Support audit requirements by providing operational records, patch compliance reports, and
access/change evidence.
- Drive standardization and process improvement across endpoint and identity administration
operations.

Internal - General Use
Requirements
Do you have experience in Routing protocols?, Technical / Functional Knowledge
- Good understanding of OT infrastructure environments supporting industrial or plant operations.
- Experience in managing infrastructure operations covering combinations of:
o industrial servers
o Windows/Linux systems in OT environments
o virtualization platforms
o network infrastructure
o firewall/security controls
o remote connectivity
o backup/recovery support
o endpoint or site infrastructure
Understanding of OT environment considerations such as:
o plant uptime sensitivity
o Production impact awareness
o controlled access
o limited change windows
o vendor/OEM dependency
o operational safety considerations
- Good knowledge of incidents, problem, change, and service operations in production-critical
environments., * Strong experience in Microsoft SCCM
- Strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration
- Good understanding of:
o Group Policy
o WSUS/SUP
o software packaging/deployment lifecycle
o endpoint patching processes
o client troubleshooting
o AD structure and permissions
- Experience in enterprise endpoint operations and identity-related support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
