Test Automation Specialist

• For the Client Financial Services an application landscape exists to manage the complete lifecycle from offer to contract closure for several financial products (leasings, financial renting, etc).
• In the past half year we have set up test automation on the applications related to this landscape and are now ready to expand the scope of our tests towards other applications and interfaces.
• The applications and interfaces that are subject to these expansion consists of API REST calls, SOAP calls, MFT transfers, web based application and native client software.
• Length of the assignment
• We aim for a max 6 month implementation of the described expectations
• Based on the chosen maintenance structure, the engagement could be prolonged for maintenance and further expansion of the test automation.
• Process (IMPORTANT FOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS)
• We will evaluate the offered resources based on the proposed CV and criteria and will NOT respond to phone calls before the first evaluation in Connecting Expertise. Based on this we will plan an initial session with introduction to the team lead in which we can have a Q&A.

• Gherkin scripting/authoring for regression test conversion into Cucumber
• Java coding for step definition authoring and execution
• API/interface knowledge: REST Assured Library, SOAP & MFT transfers
• Selenium WebDriver (GUI testing and Selenium Box Integration - Packaged Selenium Grid)
• Jenkins and Groovy script pipeline language
• JIRA & JIRA X-Ray (Test Case Management)
