Job description
You will play a key role in supporting our lead generation and acquisitions teams by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our databases, coordinating multichannel marketing campaigns, and delivering the analytical insights that help drive our commercial results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with data, enjoys keeping things organized, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with the Acquisitions and Marketing teams, giving you direct visibility into the growth of the business., * Support the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, SMS/WhatsApp), from setup to performance tracking.
- Prepare weekly activity and performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- Process and manage ticket requests from the Acquisitions team, ensuring timely and accurate data updates in the CRM.
- Maintain and update contact databases, manage lead records, and route inbound inquiries to the relevant teams.
- Validate, clean, and correct data to ensure overall CRM accuracy and reliability.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing events, internal translations, and collateral preparation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or analytical support roles.
- Strong Excel skills, including data organization, basic formulas, and reporting; this is a core requirement for the role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is valued but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish (C1) and English (B2 or above).
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
