This role has a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud , especially the development, maintenance and evolution of Service modules and Omnichannel functionalities . Develop, maintain and evolve functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud . Work closely with Service Cloud modules , with a special focus on Omnichannel . Build, maintain and refactor developments using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Flows . Support Salesforce administration and configuration tasks to ensure platform stability, performance and quality. Participate in system integrations and technical improvements across the Salesforce platform. Manage repositories and version control using Git . Define and apply coding standards, best practices and quality controls. 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, either in implementation or maintenance projects. ~ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud . ~ Strong knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities , ideally including Service modules and Omnichannel . ~ Experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Flows . ~ Experience with Triggers, automation and Salesforce configuration . ~ Knowledge of Git and version control methodologies. ~ Previous experience in Service Cloud evolution or maintenance projects. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, testing standards and quality controls. Experience working in Agile environments. Full-time position. Hybrid working model in Barcelona .
