Sr SAP Payroll Consultant

We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional to lead Spanish Payroll (SAP PY-ES) solution design, configuration, and delivery across complex projects., * Define solution design and lead SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration (schemas/PCRs)

• Ensure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations
• Support full lifecycle delivery: requirements, build, testing, go-live, and support
• Resolve complex payroll and integration issues (TM/FI)
• Act as SME, providing guidance and mentoring to the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality project delivery

• 10+ years' SAP HCM Payroll experience, including multiple Spanish localisations
• Strong hands-on expertise in schemas, PCRs, and integrations
• Fluent English & Spanish
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
