Quality Manager and Trade Support

planning teams to ensure smooth transaction flows, inventory planning, customer service and timely issue resolution. - Provide operational, analytical and commercial support to traders, enabling efficient execution and supporting strategic business growth. - Execute daily sales administration, fixations and release of goods, ensuring contracts, quality requirements and delivery timelines are met. - Maintain accurate CRM and operational records, tracking opportunities, customer activity and pipeline progress. - Support onboarding and compliance processes for counterparties, working with global teams to meet risk management and regulatory requirements. Skills and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, supply chain, finance or related field. - Fluent in business Spanish and English, with language skills in Portuguese or French an advantage. - Certified Q-Grader certificate or equivalent would be an advantage. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Experience using analytical and visualisation tools including PowerBI and Tableau is desirable. - Good understanding of futures markets and basic hedging principles. - Knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications is advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. - Proactive, analytical and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
