• Manage communication with customers to maintain strong relationships - Use tools, training and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction - Document issue resolution and application knowledge - Ensure application data loads are completed on schedule WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? - Java - Microservices - MongoDB - Splunk, VictorOps, AppDynamics, ELK Stack - Selenium - AWS or Azure - Python, Docker, Kubernetes - Grafana, Jenkins, Git WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience: 6-10 years English: B2 - Bachelor's degree in engineering or informatics - Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities - Experience in application support and production environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Experience working with global stakeholders WHERE AND WHEN?
