Job description
The Technical Application Specialist is a key member of the Customer Technical Support Diagnostics organization.
In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to customers, both remotely and onsite, ensuring successful implementation, training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Act as a technical liaison between Grifols and customers, ensuring smooth communication, strong operational alignment, and excellence in delivery service.
What your responsibilities will be
- Serve as the main technical contact for Customers and support implementation and training for new customers.
- Manage support requests including troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical reviews.
- Oversees new customers training on Grifols products, Upgrade of Equipment or Software
- Collect Customer Data and perform Analysis at country/sector level
- Provide support, handle escalations, analyze issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate on new product launches, workflow analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support change management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with groups with Grifols to ensure rapid resolution of customer complaints, including root cause investigations
- Assume additional managerial responsibilities in the absence of fellow Evanzcare's Area Managers or Senior Leadership
- Maintaining and tracking cross functional timelines with all Grifols departments
- Participating in new product launches

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/technical field.
- Between 1-3 years of experience in technical applications within medical diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields.

- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information effectively

- Autonomous, structured, and detail oriented, with strong communication skills, the ability to stay productive under pressure, and solid analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Speak advanced level of English.
- Position will be based in the field with up to 70% travel required. Candidate must have ability to travel outside assigned geographic areas. As needed, it will cover additional geographic regions to facilitate significant service requirements of customer base.
