Job description
Together with the IT team, you are the main point of contact within the organization for everything IT related. No question is too crazy, no day the same. You keep everything running - from laptops to accounts, printers to updates. Your duties include: - Assist colleagues with questions and problems related to hardware, software and telecom. - Resolve IT issues remotely or on-site. - Liaise with colleagues and external IT specialists as needed. - Introducing new colleagues to IT (laptop, login information, software). - Install and update systems and applications. - Contribute to a secure, stable and modern IT environment.
Requirements
What do you bring? - You have completed a mbo 3 or 4 education in the direction of IT (experience is nice, but not a requirement). - You have basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019+, Office 2019+ and Microsoft 365. - You are curious, independent, customer-oriented and think in solutions. - You have a driver's license. - You speak and write good Dutch and can get by in English. - Extra points if you already know something about networks, switches and routers.
