Managing and resolving escalated incidents on complex, secure systems, often remotely from 2nd line teams . Delivering infrastructure development, testing upgrades, patches, and deploying new software solutions . Owning problems and incidents, providing dependable support and solutions . Contributing to exciting project work, especially if you are a subject matter expert in key technologies . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security
Requirements
Proven experience with SharePoint (server management, permissions, application integration) . Knowledge of VMWare Horizon View VDI and vSphere virtualization . Strong Scripting skills, particularly PowerShell . Experience with Microsoft Server 2016/2022, Hyper-V, and Exchange 2016 . Familiarity with Group Policy management and Microsoft Skype Server . A broad technical skill set with the ability to adapt and specialise in areas of expertise . Dependability, problem ownership, and a proactive approach to support
Ideal candidates will also have: . Experience working within secure, military or government environments . A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Qualifications: . Relevant certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or security are advantageous . A background supporting secure, mission-critical systems
