Job description

What you'll be doing: You'll be first-line technical support for a portfolio of business clients - picking up calls and tickets, diagnosing issues, and seeing them through to resolution. You'll work across desktop, servers, connectivity, email, VoIP, and more - no two days are the same.

Requirements

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established managed services provider who is looking for a Service Engineer to join their busy support desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's helpdesk experience who wants to grow their technical knowledge in a supportive, fast-paced environment., * ~1 year's helpdesk or IT support experience
