- Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
Requirements
Torch Technologies is currently seeking a Junior Radar Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone Arsenal. This position offers a unique mentorship opportunity to work alongside a senior radar engineer. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team. The position will include support for modeling and simulation of RF systems and scene generators, analysis tool development, and algorithm testing and analysis., * US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years system design experience, including hardware/software integration experience.
- Experience with MATLAB, C++, Python, Fortran, or other programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience effectively communicating complex topics.
- A strong interest or foundational experience in radar systems and RF phenomenology.
- Understanding of software integration, modeling and simulation, and analysis of radar systems and RF phenomenology.
