Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is partnering with key stakeholders, architects, and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of compliant and quality solutions for the Gross to Net (G2N) product. This role will focus on understanding the needs of the Pricing, Rebates and Master Data business areas and translating them into technical solutions. The role will also include involvement in the integration of Vistex DMR-Customer with S/4 HANA Condition Contract and Settlement Management module. This position will report to the ERP Customer Director and may include the following responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: Operations/System Stewardship (20%) *Responsible for overall care and feeding of G2N related systems (with a focus on S/4 HANA Settlement Management) *Responsible for release management for systems that comprise G2N processes. *Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes. *Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX) *Interpret and translate complex regulatory drivers, compliance requirements, company risks, and company exposures to ensure IT solutions in SAP are best positioned to maintain integrity, trust and reliability. *Influence partner and vendor organizations in prioritization and problem management of solution issues, including root cause analysis. *Engage with Global Business Process Owners & Stakeholders to understand and influence broad business strategies in the context of information technology as a key enabler and differentiator *Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners (Process Owners, Power Users, Business Process Knowledge Centers and Service/Release Managers) as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements. Delivery (70%) *Delivery lead on major projects/initiatives related to G2N Settlement Management. *Deliver ERP / Pricing side of interfaces with other External systems like Veeva Network *Work with business stakeholders and architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. *Work within policies, procedures and processes to deliver SAP S/4 HANA Settlement Management enhancements/changes. *Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX) *Design and implement solutions that enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of SAP and related systems. *Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture and participate in architecture review boards as needed. *Provide technical guidance and effort estimates on new enhancement requests, ensuring they are well documented and simple to understand. *Track status of implementation timeline and proactively communicate risks or issues to stakeholders. *Responsible for change management communication, accountable for formal testing and documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover. *Identify and ensure delivery of knowledge transfer needs between process owners, business partners, and support team. Technical SME (10%) *Having and building comprehensive knowledge of internal and external information technology environments with a focus on Settlement Management in S/4 HANA. *Be forward thinking with respect to technical evolutions within the ERP landscape (S/4 HANA) which help improve user experience or functionality of the offering.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience with SAP O2C. Experience in Settlement Management. I'm ok to take a risk on someone with less experience who demonstrates learning agility and curiosity as they can learn the Settlement Management side.

- Projects: we've got a pretty aggressive implementation roadmap for multiple countries over the next several years, *Minimum of bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology or related field. *At least 5-7 years of SAP Vistex configuration / design and broad related business process experience. *Deep Business Knowledge in key areas of Pricing, Rebates and Gross-to-Net management and ERP integration as it relates to Order to Cash processes and integration with S/4 HANA. *Expertise in working in complex, diverse landscape (business, technology, regulatory and partners) *Strong Organizational and Communication skills with key focus on conveying complex ideas and thoughts into clear definitive directions and results *Comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomously *Demonstrated ability to determine solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. *Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. *Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. *Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. *A passion for understanding user needs and delivering high-quality products. Additional Skills/Preferences: *Global Experience *Good understanding of business processes in the Life sciences/Pharmaceutical domain and compliance with SOX and GxP. *Vendor Management *ITIL *Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with some exposure to product-focused environments. *Demonstrated examples of modern product discovery approaches. *Proven experience working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher. *Direct experience in new ERP Implementations *Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or animal health commercial and distribution environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Must be on site 30 days/quarter (2-3 days a week). Must be able to go full time at the end of the contract. These consultants work with a Product Manager. They are the primary technical support for the PM. The PM works with stakeholders and sets the "what" on what is going on. Technical Lead talks about the "how" they can get there. Tech lead that can acknowledge the technical point of view. Going to want to build solutions using these services. For the most part they leverage a AMS team to handle incidents for things that are in production already. But from a development point of view, new dev, find someone who isn't afraid to become more hands on. The most important part is the requirements gathering. Being able to drive a delivery team or a group of functional consultants, ABAP/Technical developers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
