Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Power Platform CoE Administrator to support a top healthcare industry client. This individual will support the daily engineering, administration, and governance of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments, while serving as a key point of contact for end-user support.
The Administrator will manage environment configuration, DLP oversight, and platform operations while partnering closely with engineers and a Solutions Architect. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting of end-user issues, with a strong understanding of workflows to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
This is an exciting contract-to-hire role ideal for someone who combines strong platform administration experience with excellent end-user support skills and enjoys working in a large, dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer the Power Platform & Copilot Studio environments within the CoE

Support day-to-day platform operations, configuration, and governance

Move and configure environments, solutions, and platform components

Partner with engineers to implement and update rules and DLP policies

Assist with governance processes and platform guardrails

Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to support platform design and best practices

Ensure compliance, security, and proper data handling across environments

Troubleshoot platform issues and escalations to maintain reliability

Provide hands-on ticket support for end users across Power - Apps, Power Automate, and related tools

Diagnose and resolve workflow-related issues, including automations, integrations, and dependencies

Communicate clearly with end users to guide issue resolution and improve user experience
Requirements
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Admin Center)

Experience with Copilot Studio - building agents

Solid understanding of Azure (tenant, environments, connectors, governance)

Background in security, compliance, governance, identity, and DLP

Experience in a Power Platform Administrator or similar role

Hands-on experience within a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment

Strong troubleshooting skills, especially related to workflows and automations

Experience supporting end users and managing tickets (triage through resolution)

Strong understanding of workflow logic, integrations, and system dependencies

Excellent communication and customer service skills with end users * Experience implementing or maintaining DLP policies

Familiarity with automated governance (PowerShell, Admin Center automations)

Prior work in large-scale enterprise CoE organizations

Exposure to cloud engineering or platform engineering teams

Knowledge of citizen development programs
