Job description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Remote Full Stack Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will design and develop full-stack applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and database integrations, while building scalable and secure cloud solutions on AWS. This role involves modernizing legacy systems and supporting hybrid cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and implementing DevSecOps best practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting complex issues across application and infrastructure layers, ensuring solutions meet security, accessibility, and performance standards, and actively participating in Agile development processes. The candidate will present technical progress to stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities to drive automation, optimization, and innovation across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor and 4+ years of experience
Experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 3 years focused on AWS cloud development

Front End: TML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or Angular/Vue.js

Back End: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET with RESTful APIs
Proven experience building and deploying production applications in AWS environments

AWS Services: CE2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform

Public Trust Eligible Experience supporting federal contracts
Benefits & conditions
Compensation: $40/hr. -- 49/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
